In the city of Cartagena, in Colombia, at the age of twelve I started playing the cello with the guidance of the teacher Alexander Rojas. A few years later, to continue my studies, I moved to the city of Bogota, where I finished a 5-year cycle studying with Ma. Tomas Ojeda, and during which I attended different music festivals both in Colombia and Brazil; Festivals such as FEMUSC, Latin American String Festival, or the International Music Festival in Cartagena, where I had the opportunity to have classes with Alisa Weilerstein, Andres Diaz, Alain Aubut, Yuri Turovsky, among others.
To continue my studies with Ma. Marcelo Montes, I moved to the city of Cordoba, Argentina where I was able to develop my orchestral and teaching experience; and participate in different Latin American Festivals.
